International Returns Only

If you are not completely satisfied please return your order to us within 28 days of receipt in its original, unused condition and with all original tags.

Cefinn do not yet offer free returns or exchanges outside the UK, we can arrange returns labels and collections via DHL for you at the same price as your original outbound shipping.

You may return items to us through your own chosen carrier, this must be shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) and include a commerical invoice provided by Cefinn. To obtain this please contact customer services via help@cefinn.com
 
Please ensure you keep your proof of postage and tracking details.
 
Returns can take up to 10 business days to be processed once delivered and you will recieve an email confirmation of your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

 We do not do direct exchanges so once received our team will refund you and email a link to re-purchase with free delivery.
