Returns Policy

We hope you love your Cefinn piece however if you are not completely satisfied you can return your order to us for a full refund as long as it’s within 28 days of receipt in its original, unused condition and with all original tags.

We’ve introduced a new returns portal to make returning items as seamless as possible. Just click the button below, follow the instructions in the portal and drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office.

Items purchased from the Cefinn x Jess Collett Milliner collaboration are made to order and are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days after the return delivery date, once processed you will receive an email of confirmation of your refund or exchange. To track the status of you return click here.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Unfortunately we are unable to process direct exchanges. Please return your order to us for a refund using our portal and contact us at help@cefinn.com so we can arrange a new order including any discounts and free delivery.

When will I get my refund?

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your parcel. You will be notified when we have received your return and again once it has been refunded. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account will depend on your bank.

My item is faulty, what should I do?

Please contact us at help@cefinn.com, including pictures of the faulty item.
