Job Title: Finance Assistant  
Responsible to: Senior Management Accountant

We are looking for a bright and highly organised individual to join our small finance team. The Finance Assistant will be a crucial part of a dynamic and fast growing company based in West London. The right candidate will not only grow within the finance role, but also enjoy valuable exposure to different areas of the fashion industry, such as production, wholesale, and e-commerce.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the Purchase Ledger
  • Obtaining approval for supplier invoices from the relevant head of department
  • Posting supplier invoices, ensuring that the correct nominal codes, tax code, channel, season and departments are used
  • Dealing with supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements
  • Ensuring that the purchase ledger is accurate and investigating any discrepancies
  • Maintaining the Sales Ledger
  • Raising sales invoice to our wholesale and e-commerce customers
  • Raising credit notes
  • Dealing with customer queries and reconciling customer statements
  • Processing refunds to our e-commerce customers
  • Ensuring that the sales ledger is accurate and investigating any discrepancies
  • Credit control and sending statements out to customers
  • Stock Management
  • Raising sales orders and invoices for items gifted
  • Raising sales orders for press loans and photoshoots
  • Allocating stock
  • Booking stock received against purchase orders and investigating discrepancies
  • HR Duties
  • Updating and maintaining the holiday and sick leave tracker
  • Intern induction process
  • Office Management
  • Office management and maintenance, including the ordering of office supplies, liaising with cleaners and arranging office repairs
  • With support from the team, organise and carry out events in the office, such as friends and family shopping evenings, staff birthdays, Christmas party’s etc.
  • General executive administrational support to the Creative Director and Finance and Operations Director
  • Some PA duties and diary maintenance
  • Other add hoc administration as required
Candidate’s background 
  • Experience in similar role
  • AAT studier or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline desired
  • Excel and all MS Office applications
  • Highly accurate, and meticulous eye for detail

Job Title: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
Responsible to: Marketing PR Manager & Head of Art Direction

The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will be a crucial part of a small, dynamic and fast-growing team based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to develop in a fast paced, high-growth environment while making an immediate impact to the business.

The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing and PR Manager and the Head of Art Direction and Content. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional knowledge and understanding of social media – including content optimisation, building and engaging communities, social research and reporting, planning and executing social campaigns. You must have exemplary organisational skills, attention to detail and must be reactive to ongoing changes within a growing and hardworking office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy: working with the marketing team and other departments, support creating a social calendar ensuring that all social activity is planned and in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Support content management: manage and produce posts daily creating original content for all social media platforms. Plan image layouts, create digital GIFs, contribute creative and engaging written copy across the week’s social media channels scheduling posts in our social media management tools.
  • Supporting Head of Art Direction and Content in creating content for social media platforms.
  • Support with community management across all social channels
  • Reporting: help analyse and produce reports weekly and monthly, using both platform analytics and reporting tools
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor, track and report on media coverage and competitor content activity, brands and influencers on a monthly basis.
  • File management: manage digital image library to ensure that all images are named correctly in the right place on the server.
  • Product call-ins: assist Marketing and PR Manager and Head of Art Direction and Content co-ordinating product call ins and returns
  • Attend events and contribute content for social media channels as required
  • Provide general adhoc administrative support

The successful candidate will be an analytical, data driven and strategic thinker. The Insight Data Analyst will be a crucial part of a small, dynamic and fast-growing team based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to develop in a fast paced, high-growth environment while making an immediate impact to the business through data insights.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Structuring, analysing and effectively handling data, to support in well informed strategic decision making and drive growth
  • Providing extensive analysis around, but not limited to, the performance of:
  • General E-commerce trading and platform performance
  • Various Digital Marketing channels including Search, Social and Google Shopping
  • Direct Mail campaigns, including seasonal catalogues
  • Promotional impact
  • Customer behaviour and lifecycle
  • Product performance
  • Industry and competitor trends
  • User experience and site developments (A/B testing)
  • Social media platforms
    • Translating raw data into clear and digestible insights for key stakeholders (internal and external) to be used for actionable strategies

    • Work closely with Finance Director and Marketing Director on developing budgets, constantly adjusting and optimising spend based on sales performance, KPIs and trends

                    Candidate’s background
