Content Creation Assistant

Responsible to: Creative Director
Working closely with: Marketing Director, Marketing Assistant


We are looking for a highly motivated Content Creation Assistant to join our small, dynamic team based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to assist with the creation and production of highly aspirational and engaging content to strengthen Cefinn’s brand and grow our reach and appeal.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and storytelling, with some experience of photography, video production and graphic design. You will have an intuitive understanding of Cefinn’s brand and our customers, lots of self-initiative and drive, exemplary organisational skills, and the ability to flex and adapt so that you are able to thrive in a fast-paced, hardworking team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Creative Director with organizing and producing all photoshoots on time and to budget including model casting, photographers, hair and make-up, samples, sourcing props and accessories, recceing locations, styling, and creative direction.
  • Option and book all members of creative teams for shoots in a timely manner, negotiating best rates.
  • Seek best possible locations for shots ensuring they fit the shoot narrative, recce locations, create a location map and easy access for team prior to shoots.
  • Liaise with agents, clients and artists on all production related topics including travel arrangements and logistics (booking transport and accommodation as necessary).
  • Host model castings at Cefinn’s studio under supervision from the Creative Director.
  • Negotiate and mange appropriate usage rights for all original photographic material produced, with guidance from the Creative Director.
  • Manage third parties to ensure all cut-out photography is produced on time and to budget.
  • Manage the post-production of all content and photography ensuring that all imagery is retouched in line with our guidelines and with the direction/approval of the Creative Director.
  • Manage samples for photoshoots ensuring all samples are logged whenever sent and are returned after shoots in a timely manner.
  • Source styling accessories, ensuring that all shoes and accessories are seasonal and on-trend with agreement from Creative Director.
  • With guidance from the Creative Director, create content guidelines including technical specs, lighting, set design, model requirements, H&MU, styling, props, accessories and cropping instructions.
  • Contribute proactively to story and editorial ideas that are relevant to Cefinn’s brand and engaging for our audience and followers.
    Support and attend events, contributing behind-the-scenes and other content for Cefinn’s social channels as required.
  • Working with the graphic designer, ensure that all creative content is stored in the right place in our asset library and is named correctly.
  • Regularly monitor and review competitor activity to ensure you are aware of what our audience is are seeing from other brands and to explore new and relevant ideas for Cefinn.
  • Stay abreast of creative talent within the industry, including photographers, stylists, models, hair and make-up artists, stylists etc.
Candidate’s background
  • Experience in organising fashion photoshoots, video production and post-production.
  • Passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about social media.
  • Some experience in graphic design and able to use Photoshop and InDesign.

Job Title: Wholesale Administrator (part time)

Responsible to: Finance and Operations Director
Working closely with: Logistics Manager and Wholesale Sales  


We are looking for a highly motivated wholesale administrator to help grow the business for a high-profile premium womenswear fashion brand. This role is a crucial part of a small, dynamic and fast-growing team based in London, and will be working with major department stores and boutiques in the UK as well as internationally. Communication and organisational skills are key, both in relation to our wholesale partners and other departments within the company.

The role is part time (50%). We can offer some flexibility working from home when suitable, but the role will require working from the office/showroom around market dates, and seasonal store visits and staff training on site with our retail partners.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Organise presentations of new collections to premium retail buyers both in London and internationally (organise showroom setup, schedule and manage appointments, participate in sale meetings with buyers and take orders)
  • Preparing showroom, samples and materials ahead of markets
  • Manage order entry and sending through order confirmations
  • Manage relationships with new and existing buyers and buyers’ assistants throughout the season
  • Work closely with the shipping and logistics team to ensure timely deadlines are met
  • Work closely with the finance team around invoicing and payment terms
  • Managing a weekly sell through report update
  • Present sales reports and findings to the team on a regular basis
  • Prepare and present sales analysis and reports, with style information that can be useful to merchandising and design teams to forecast development and consumer behaviour
  • Ensure information in the ERP and CRM systems is constantly updated and correct
  • Monitor customers’ stock levels, sell through and performance and quickly act on information to place reorders, make possible stock rotations or other sales driving activities
  • Organise and participate in tore visits, staff training, and in store events and brand building promotions with partners
  • Manage personal orders, and support on private client events
Candidate’s background
  • Experience working within wholesale, ideally in the premium / luxury fashion sector
  • Previous contacts and relationships with wholesale accounts is a big plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications

  • Hands on approach to managing all wholesale accounts
  • Excellent at planning, organizing and prioritizing workload and work well under stress
  • Analytical and logical, knowing how to track and analyse revenue and sell through data
  • Strong business partnering skills through extensive networking with current and new accounts

  • Flexibility to travel around market dates for international buyers post covid (2-4 days, up to 4 times per year.

We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated, and reliable sales associate to join the team in our premium womenswear popup shop on King’s Road, Chelsea, London.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage with our customer and provide first class service with a high degree of professionalism and confident product knowledge
  • Create an engaging and positive environment in the store
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, reflecting and communicating brand values
  • Ensuring the product is displayed and merchandised well
  • Stock replenishment and collaborate with the team in organizing the product in the stock room by participating in stock takes and helping to keep the stock room tidy and clean
  • Occasionally support on private sales events and trunk shows
