Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing

Responsible to: Founder & Creative Director

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead and drive our digital performance marketing to significantly grow our ecommerce sales channel. As part of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director as well as the finance, marketing and product teams to acquire new customers, build and implement a CRM strategy and significantly grow ecommerce sales revenue and profit. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and to make an immediate impact on the business.

The successful candidate will be a highly analytical, data driven and strategic thinker; with at least 5 years previous experience in performance marketing and ecommerce. You must possess extensive knowledge and experience implementing digital best practice including an excellent understanding of attribution, reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the performance marketing strategy including setting the sales plan, customer acquisition and retention targets, and the associated budgets.
  • Lead and implement all performance marketing activity including paid social, PPC, shopping, display, affiliates, SEO and email marketing to maximise revenue and achieve ROAS targets
  • Acquire new customers with efficient CAC in line with budgets and targets
  • Plan and implement a CRM strategy to reactive customers, building loyalty and lifetime value as a result
  • Report regularly on performance flexing and adapting activity and budget as necessary to meet targets and providing meaningful and actionable insights for the wider team
  • Develop project plans to continually test and refine campaigns across performance marketing channels
  • Maximise opportunities for capturing customer data and maintain and improve the quality of customer data for reporting and marketing purposes, always ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Work closely with the Finance Director on budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring
  • Work closely with the Founder & Creative Director and Marketing Director to ensure product design, creative and brand marketing support the growth strategy, feeding in learnings and suggestions for effective critical path and campaign execution
  • Ensure you and your team are up to date with emerging technologies and the evolving digital marketing landscape
  • As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to all aspects of the wider business, leading by example and demonstrating the behaviours and culture we want to maintain and build upon

Candidate’s background

  • Educated to degree level with at least 5 years digital marketing experience working within a DTC ecommerce retail environment
  • Hands-on experience of managing paid digital channels – social, search, shopping, affiliates and SEO
  • Demonstrable extensive knowledge of email marketing, CRM programs and email service providers (experience of using Klaviyo would be particularly beneficial)
  • Advanced Excel user and highly experienced at using Google Analytic and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experienced at managing budgets, creating detailed reporting and performance analysis and delivering against KPIs
  • EXperienced at managing, developing and motivating people

  • Commercially focused with proven experience at driving growth and achieving KPI metrics

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Job Title: Senior Production Coordinator

Responsible to: Head of Product Development and Production

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated senior production coordinator to join the product team of a high-profile premium womenswear fashion brand. The right candidate will successfully manage a crucial part of the product development chain, and be an important part of a small, dynamic and fast-growing team based in London.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of the production critical paths across all suppliers covering all seasons
  • Attend weekly product meetings prepared with ongoing status updates
  • Proactively work to ensure all standards are met throughout production: cost, quality, delivery
  • Monitor all bulk fabric and trims delivery dates ensuring these are aligned with the critical path and will not affect the planned bulk exfty dates.
  • Responsible for chasing in all production development samples and PSS, logging the sample arrival and handing samples over to the product development team
  • Manage the approval of all bulk lab dips, fabrics/trims and filing away accordingly
  • MResponsible for chasing in all production development samples and PSS, logging the sample arrival and handing samples over to the product development team.
  • Assist with the prioritisation of inhouse production pattern amends
  • Notify the product development team of any changes in production sample delivery dates ensuring the fit log is updated and accurate at all times
  • Responsible for requesting production sample approval updates post fits
  • Chase Suppliers for final bulk grade sets, review, approve & update on the PLM
  • Monitor factory shipping procedures to ensure shipments are consolidated, on time and cost effective with all correct shipment/customs/duty paperwork
  • Responsible for handing over approved PSS (approved development samples) to Marketing for photoshoots
  • Responsible for the seasonal bulk item detail upload on the PLM system
  • Assist with creating and maintaining seasonal production POs and reorders in the PLM system
  • Assist with negotiating final FOB production costs based on final order quantities
  • Monitor stock/create orders of all production trimmings: buttons, labels, swing tickets, care labels etc
  • Responsible for requesting and approving all supplier 3rd party audits
  • Responsible for requesting and filing certifications for bulk fabric where appropriate
  • Build and maintain production sample delivery trackers on the PLM system
  • Maintain and update leftover fabric stock records, issuing credit notes for used fabric/trims when needed
  • Overseeing the full warehouse AQL operation: from sharing measurement charts to approving styles into stock
  • Responsible for conducting a seasonal vendor hindsight and reviewing suppliers’ performance over a range of KPIs
  • Assist with sourcing and launching cross costings with potential new suppliers

The Ideal Candidate’s background

  • Over 5 years’ experience working in Production within the fashion industry
  • Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders
  • Experience in managing critical paths and achieving deadlines
  • Experience working with an PLM and ERP system is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge MS Office applications particularly Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or related education in Fashion and Textiles
