About the Role

We are seeking two Style Advisors to join our team during an exciting period as we open our inaugural permanent store. Working closely with our Flagship Store Manager, these roles provide ongoing training and growth opportunities. You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the brand.

About You

You are passionate about people, fashion, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight. You may have experience within fashion retail, but will provide training and support as required to assist you make a success of the role.

The successful candidates will:

• Have a passion for fashion retail and providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure you always represent the brand by following the company dress code.
• Continually improve product knowledge and research products online.
• Be confident in navigating the customer, suggesting alternatives, or fulfilling their product requests either within another store or online.

• Exhibit confidence in styling, building outfits, and making recommendations.

• Assist with deliveries, stock recalls and web orders.

• These roles will be key holding roles and the successful candidates will have the additional responsibility for opening and closing the store.
