Marketing Assistant
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our small, dynamic team. This is a diverse and hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and excited about making a real impact within a growing fashion brand. You’ll primarily support our Email/ECRM activities, striving for email subscriber growth, as well as supporting the execution and running of Digital Marketing campaigns. You will work in tandem with our Ecomm Manager to ensure the marketing calendar and corresponding marketing activities are executed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Email & CRM:
- Coordinate the delivery of email campaigns following our seasonal marketing calendar, including testing, obtaining approvals, and timely deployment.
- Working closely with a graphic designer to create the email campaigns and upload them to Klaviyo and schedule send.
- Assist with performance analysis and reporting, providing insights that help improve future email campaigns.
- Support the creation and management of email A/B tests aimed at improving open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and sales performance
- Assist in developing and managing automated email flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back emails, back-in-stock notifications).
- Help develop and coordinate engaging SMS marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of PR and Brand Marketing / Growth Director to help build and nurture our email and SMS subscriber base.
Copywriting:
- Creating copy that is on brand for various needs within the marketing team such as website copy, paid ads, email copy etc.
- Create, update, and design SEO blogs and upload them into Shopify (with training).
Digital Advertising:
- Support Agencies / Head of Growth with building Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Support with optimising performance marketing campaigns across but not exclusively Google, and Meta.
- Support with briefing creative for paid media ads.
- Report on paid media performance, weekly / monthly to provide business insights and recommendations.
Ad Hoc:
- Assist with Customer Care in times of team absence.
- Assist in the coordination of one-off events, including PR activations and special in-store events, providing practical on-the-ground support where needed.

- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and equally happy collaborating within a small, agile team.
- Practical, hands-on attitude—willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get involved across a variety of tasks.
- A self-motivator who is eager to learn new skills and develop your role.- An enthusiastic team-player mindset with excellent written and communication skills.
- Passionate about fashion, marketing, and events with a desire to build experience in Email/ECRM and digital marketing.
- Photoshop experience preferable.
