We do not currently offer free returns outside the UK however we can organise the shipping for you at the price of $20.

This is the North America webstore. Cefinn ship to U.K. from our U.K. (£) webstore and to the E.U. from our E.U. (€) webstore.

All orders are shipped from the U.K. with DHL and are delivered with all duty and sales tax paid. Orders are shipped in Cefinn branded boxes, within non-branded post bags.

Cefinn currently deliver from the North America web-store to the following countries: USA, Canada and Mexico.

All delivery timeframes provided are for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). Whilst we try our best to get your order to you in the specified time, occasionally some things are beyond our control. If there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us via email at help@cefinn.com and we will endeavour to resolve with the courier as quickly as possible.

Returns

We do not currently offer free returns outside the UK however we can organise the shipping for you at the price of $20. 

If you are not completely satisfied please return your order to us within 28 days of receipt, in its original unused condition and with all original packaging and tags still attached. Please check the Terms and Conditions for further information or send questions to help@cefinn.com.

Extended Christmas Returns Period

Orders made from Friday 23rd November until Monday 24th December 2018 can be returned up until Monday 14th January 2019.

Exchanges

All exchanged orders are sent free of additional postage charge. Please note that exchanges can only be made on size or colour. If you would like to exchange for another style, please indicate on the form included with your order and a member of the Cefinn team will be in touch to take payment.

How to Make a Return - USA, Canada & Mexico

  • Complete this form indicating what you are returning and the return reason. If you want an exchange please provide details in the comments/exchange section.
  • Contact help@cefinn.com providing: your order number; what items you are returning; if you want exchange or refund; and if you would like Cefinn to organise the shipping. If we are organising the shipping, we can either deduct $20 from the refund or take payment over the phone or over email via PayPal.
  • We will provide you with a commercial invoice for when your order is processed on return to the UK and shipping labels if you’ve requested we organise the shipping.
  • Include this form in your return order making sure to seal it securely and to cover any old postage labels. Keep the commercial invoice outside the package.
  • Write on the exterior of the package RETURNED GOODS – FREE EXCHANGE/DUTY PAID.
  • If shipping yourself, please send the return order to Cefinn, Studio E, 151 Freston Road, London, W10 6TH, UK via a tracked postal service of your choice and with proof of postage. Please note that the return order is the customer’s responsibility until received by Cefinn.

Once received by Cefinn, returns can take up to a further 2 working days to be processed. If you have not received a return confirmation email within this time, please contact us at help@cefinn.com and we will investigate further.

Free Shipping Promotion

Standard terms and conditions still apply during any free shipping promotion. Any free shipping promotions are subject to Cefinn’s right to do the following at any time: (i) cancel the promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's right to benefit from it and (iii) amend the terms and conditions of the promotion.

This promotion is valid in conjunction with other offers and can be used more than once. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase or alternative shipping option such as express shipping. It is valid only on Cefinn’s web-stores or on orders placed via phone to Cefinn’s web-store.
