All orders are shipped from the U.K. with DHL and are delivered with all duty and sales tax paid. Orders are shipped in Cefinn branded boxes, within non-branded post bags.

All delivery timeframes provided are for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). Whilst we try our best to get your order to you in the specified time, occasionally some things are beyond our control. Christmas Returns Policy

Any orders made from the 1st December can be returned for exchange or full refund up until 12th January 2018.


If you are not completely satisfied please return your order to us within 28 days of receipt in its original unused condition and with all original packaging and tags still attached. Cefinn do not currently offer free returns outside the U.K.

All exchanged orders are sent free of additional postage charge. Please note that exchanges can only be made on size or colour. If you would like to exchange for another style, please indicate on the form included with your order and a member of the Cefinn team will be in touch to take payment.

How to Make a Return - USA, Canada & Mexico

  • Complete the form included with your order indicating what you are returning, the return reason, and if you want an exchange please provide details in the comments/exchange section.
  • Contact providing: your order number, what items you are returning, if you want exchange or refund. The team will then provide you with a commercial invoice for when your order is processed on return to the UK. Keep the commercial invoice outside the package.
  • Include the form in your return order making sure to seal it securely and to cover any old postage labels keep the commercial invoice external to the package.
  • Write on the exterior of the package ‘RETURNED GOODS – FREE EXCHANGE/DUTY PAID”.
  • Send the return order to Cefinn, Studio E, 151 Freston Road, London, W10 6TH, UK via a tracked postal service of your choice and with proof of postage. Please note that the return order is the customer’s responsibility until received by Cefinn.

Once received by Cefinn, returns can take up to a further 2 working days to be processed. If you have not received a return confirmation email within this time, please contact us at and we will investigate further.

Free Shipping Promotion

Standard terms and conditions still apply during any free shipping promotion. Any free shipping promotions are subject to Cefinn’s right to do the following at any time: (i) cancel the promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's right to benefit from it and (iii) amend the terms and conditions of the promotion.

This promotion is valid in conjunction with other offers and can be used more than once. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase or alternative shipping option such as express shipping.
