Goods supplied from the Website are supplied by Cefinn.
Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase Goods and/or Products indicated by you and it is not binding on us until we have notified you that an order is accepted. All advertisements and communications made by us until your order is accepted by us are invitations to treat only and are not confirmed offers. This means that if Goods or Products are shown on the site but are unavailable or incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Cefinn shall not be obliged to sell you those goods.
We try to ensure that all information and data presented on the Website such as prices, imagery, descriptions and stock availability are accurate and correct at the time of purchase and viewing. We will try to resolve all information and data errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe that such an error has affected your purchase, please let us know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the Website and will not be liable to fulfil an order made on the Website that has been affected by any such error or obliged to sell you those goods affected by such errors.
Please note that all goods are subject to availability we may not be able to supply your order, and that goods and promotions which are offered on the Website may not be available and are subject to terms and conditions.
Promotional codes are for transactions on cefinn.com and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount; this includes reduction in price(s) during sale. The sum or percentage discount will be reduced from the order total excluding shipping costs.
Cefinn reserves the right in its sole discretion to exclude any person from using any promotional code. Cefinn decision will be final and binding. These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

On submitting an order, we will confirm receipt of your order request via an Order Confirmation email to the email address, which you have provided to us. This email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and does not constitute acceptance by us of your offer/s to purchase goods and it is only confirmed when we send you a shipping confirmation.
This is when we have formed a contract with you.
Amendments to and cancelling of order requests can only be made within 30 minutes of submitting the order request on cefinn.com. Cefinn does not guarantee that amendments and cancellations can be completed, and are limited to Cefinn customer service working hours (09:00 – 18:00 GMT, Monday through Friday), and to changes of the same value of the original order. Amendments and cancellations cannot be done after the order has been accepted as outlined above and have been shipped.
We must receive full payment before we can accept your request for an order and please note that we process the payment of order on receipt of card details. Your order will only be confirmed as accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance.
Prices and charges on the Website are in U.K. pounds sterling. All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.
Delivery estimates given are estimates only, and are the responsibility of the carrier.

In addition to our returns policy, if you are based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than a carrier and indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the last of the goods. On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, customer service will confirm receipt. Please add the shipping invoice that you received with your order, and include it with your return so we can process your refund promptly. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. All goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled goods back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the ICACRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order, by email or post as described above.
Prices on the North America web-store are displayed in USD, prices on the Europe web-store are displayed in EUR and on the UK web-store displayed in GBP. Customers are limited to the currency of the web-store associated with their shipping country.
Prices may be modified from time to time and without notice, but such changes will not apply to Goods in respect of which the Buyer has received an Order Confirmation.
Prices displayed do not include the cost of delivery to the Buyer.
For delivery to countries in the EU, VAT and any other applicable sales tax are inclusive in the price stated at the applicable current rate chargeable for the time being (where customer is eligible to pay/relevant to region). However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Goods in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
Cefinn endeavours to ensure that all pricing information on the Site is accurate. However, if prices displayed on the Site are incorrect, Cefinn shall not be obliged to sell the Goods at the incorrect price. If we discover an error in the price of the Goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Goods at the correct price or cancelling your Order. We will not process your Order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the Order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
Prices for the Goods are set against applicable currency exchange rates at the beginning of each fashion season, but may be subject to fluctuation. Any changes to the applicable exchange rate may affect the price of Goods subject to discount but shall not affect Orders which have already been placed.
There is no charge imposed by Cefinn for accessing the Website but you must pay the cost of the communications link you use to visit the Website.
Access to the Website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time without notice.
We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.
All notices, which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent by us to your registered e-mail address.
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variations of these terms are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing. Free Shipping Promotion
Standard terms and conditions still apply during any free shipping promotion.
Any free shipping promotions are subject to Cefinn’s right to do the following at any time: (i) cancel the promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's right to benefit from it and (iii) amend the terms and conditions of the promotion.
This promotion is valid in conjunction with other offers and can be used more than once. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase or alternative shipping option such as express shipping. It is valid only on Cefinn’s web-stores or on orders placed via phone to Cefinn’s web-store.
Free shipping promotions are with our standard shipping services. Cefinn do not guarantee or are responsible for standard shipping times.
Exchanges & Returns
You are able to exchange or return any purchase within 28 days of receipt of the goods to the address they were shipped to. Goods must be unworn and in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and hangtags still attached. If your return is received outside of the 28 days period Cefinn reserve the right to refuse the return. If the return is accepted then a credit note will be offered to the value of the return and will be valid for 6 months.
We will process your exchange or return as soon as it is received however please note that we it can take up to 2-5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account after being received by us.
For returns outside of the U.K. the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, however we ship exchange goods back to customers free of postage charge. Please send your return via a trackable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’. Please obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange. The returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they have been received by us.

If they are then accepted as faulty by us, Cefinn will pay the cost of return postage or reimburse the cost of postage – either via refund or promotional discount code to that value to be used on the Website.
