Cefinn Sirens - Ruby Hammer
Ruby Hammer is one of the UK’s best-known and respected make up artists. With a career spanning 25 years she has worked with all the top photographers, models and creatives with her work appearing in magazines globally. Ruby was awarded an MBE in 2007 recognising her long standing contribution to the cosmetics industry. When she is not travelling around the world on location, Ruby lives in Maida Vale with her husband.

What is your favourite journey?
Anywhere by the ocean...when it's hot and not freezing cold.
What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
Sticking rigidly to anything...being unbendable.

I swear a lot...I have a proper poo mouth.

I am open and unjudgemental.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My daughter, my body of work, my relationships with others.
If you were to die and come back as a person or thing, what do you think it would be?
A dolphin.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
I am slightly hard of hearing... so many times getting the wrong end of the stick.
What is your most unappealing habit?
Talking too much.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.
What single thing would improve the quality of your life? A full time cook doing healthy dishes only - or an office so all my products don't clutter my home.
