Finance and Operations Assistant 

Responsible to: Head of Finance and Operations


We are looking for a bright and highly organised individual to help run the Cefinn office and support our Finance and Operations function. The Finance and Operations Assistant will be a crucial part of a small, dynamic and fast growing team based in West London. The right candidate will not only grow with the role, but also enjoy valuable exposure to different areas of the fashion industry, such as production, wholesale, e-commerce and investor relations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing bills and expenses
  • Processing invoices and reconciling payments from Wholesale accounts
  • Assisting with financial reporting 
  • Collect sales data and present findings to the team in weekly reports
  • Support our Head of Finance and Operations in research and strategy work 
  • Filing and managing our documents and records
  • Office management and maintenance
  • With support from the team, organise and carry out events in the office, such as friends and family shopping evenings
  • General executive administrational support to the Head of Operations and Creative Director

Candidate’s Background

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Prior book keeping experience desired
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications

Product Developer


We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Developer with garment tech experience to join the product team of a high-profile premium womenswear fashion brand. The right candidate will successfully manage a crucial part of the product development chain, and be an important part of a small, dynamic and fast-growing team based in London. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the product team and manage the product development process from sketch hand over to pre-shipment
  • Manage the fabric development process from sourcing to bulk approval
  • Manage the fit process
  • Serve as primary point of contact with manufacturers and all external suppliers
  • Manage the product critical path
  • Work with the production manager on pricing and CMT work
  • Ensure all products are delivered on time at the required quality 

The Ideal Candidate

Candidate’s background

  • Experience of product development within the fashion industry
  • Experience in garment tech
  • Experience of managing Product Development calendar
  • Experience of working closely with manufacturers for development
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and MS Office applications
  • Bachelor’s degree or related education
