Job Title: Marketing Coordinator 

Responsible to: Founder & Creative Director
Working closely with: Creative Director, Graphic Designer & E-commerce Marketing Manager


We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and fast-growing team based in West London. The right candidate will enjoy an exciting opportunity with responsibility for planning, implementation and budgets in a modern, fast paced fashion company.   

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Together with Creative Director, and other Sales and Marketing team members, work on the brand’s seasonal marketing calendar 
  • Implementing, communicating and controlling the critical path of the marketing plan 
  • Developing and monitoring marketing budgets 
  • Project management of all non-digital marketing activities, including but not limited to: 
    • Catalogues (Direct Marketing) 
    • Partnerships with other brands 
    • Influencer marketing 
    • Blog (plan and budget content) 
    • Non-digital Advertising
  • Event management 
    • Trunk shows and other customer events 
    • Presentations
    • Press events
    • Influencer events
  • Supporting our Founder and Creative Director in public speaking engagements
  • Together with Creative Director and Graphic Designer coordinate campaigns and look book photoshoots 
  • Manage relevant marketing department agencies and consultants
  • Planning, budgeting and managing press samples. Implement an efficient press sample service, monitoring send outs and returns
  • Weekly reporting to senior management team on press coverage and marketing KPIs
  • Monthly reporting to Founder and Head of Finance on budgets, metrics and KPIs

This role profile is not exhaustive; it will be subject to periodic review and may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business. The post holder will be expected to participate in this process and we would aim to reach agreement to the changes.

Candidate’s background 

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing in all shapes and forms
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or similar related field.
  • Previous experience within an E-Commerce retail environment
  • Previous experience working with third party PR and Marketing agencies is a plus
