Cefinn understand that often quick delivery is needed, which is why we provide Express as well as Standard delivery options. All delivery timeframes provided are for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). Whilst we try our best to get your order to you in the specified time, occasionally some things are beyond our control. If there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will endeavour to resolve with the courier as quickly as possible.

For Next Business Day, you must order by midday GMT/BST to be dispatched that day.

Orders are shipped in Cefinn branded boxes, within non-branded post bags.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied please return your order to us within 28 days of receipt in its original unused condition and with all original packaging and tags still attached.

Cefinn offer free returns for orders delivered in the UK, and for this please use the DPD insert included in your order.

Exchanges

All exchanged orders are sent free of additional postage charge. Please note that exchanges can only be made on size or colour. If you would like to exchange for another style, please indicate on the form included with your order and a member of the Cefinn team will be in touch to take payment.

How to Make a Return – UK

  • Take out the DPD return insert included in your order and keep to one side
  • Complete this form indicating what you are returning, the return reason, and if you want an exchange please provide details in the comments/exchange column
  • Include this form in your return order making sure to seal it securely and to cover all old postage labels
  • Take the return order to your nearest DPD drop-off point with the DPD insert included with the order. You can find your nearest DPD drop-off point by using the DPD Shop Finder
  • You will receive a tracking number along with a receipt. Please retain all proof of dispatch as the return order is the customer’s responsibility until received by Cefinn

Delivery of returns can take up to three working days, and once received by Cefinn a further 48 working hours to be processed. If you have not received a return confirmation email within this time, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate further.

How to Make a Return - Europe

  • Complete the form included with your order indicating what you are returning, the return reason, and if you want an exchange please provide details in the comments/exchange section
  • Include the form in your return order making sure to seal the return securely and to cover any old postage labels
  • Send the return order to Cefinn, Studio E, 151 Freston Road, London UK, W10 6TH via a tracked postal service and with proof of postage. Please note that the return order is the customer’s responsibility until received by Cefinn

Once received by Cefinn, returns can take a further 48 working hours to be processed. If you have not received a return confirmation email within this time, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate further.

Free Shipping Promotion

Standard terms and conditions still apply during any free shipping promotion.

Any free shipping promotions are subject to Cefinn’s right to do the following at any time: (i) cancel the promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's right to benefit from it and (iii) amend the terms and conditions of the promotion.

This promotion is valid in conjunction with other offers and can be used more than once. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase or alternative shipping option such as express shipping. It is valid only on Cefinn’s web-stores or on orders placed via phone to Cefinn’s web-store.
